Website update!

My website has been updated. New icons include BSG (4), Bleach (2), Dr. Who (19 - behind cut *g*), FMA (3), Trigun (1), Saiyuki (1), Kenshin (2), Samurai Champloo (3), and Misc. (1 - David the Gnome).

I went a bit insane making icons from the new Dr. Who, episode 2, but in my defence it was a very photogenic episode (don't ask me what I'm going to do if the next one is just as pretty...). Some mild spoilers, and I feel like showing them off here, so they're behind the cut.

pain, sahara, reading

I've been on painkillers all day, partially for period pain, partially because the whole right side of my back is extremely sore. I sometimes think martial arts are designed to teach you all those muscles in your body that you never remember you have, and this is definately one of those cases. I'm not exactly sure why those muscles are so sore since I really dont' remember anything specific that was working them, but it's led to me limping half the day, mostly cause moving my right leg makes the back muscles ache. Damn interconnectedness thing.

I saw Sahara today on the advice of [livejournal.com profile] havenward and quite enjoyed it despite the plot being held together by bubblegum, and by that I mean that it was stretchy, thin and you could blow bubbles in it. It was a good popcorn movie though, and you were right about the two main characters, m'dear;)

I'm not sure if I mentioned or not, but I finished The Golem's Eye, and I quite enjoyed it, though I'm left wondering just where the last book in the series is going to go. Very intriguing character development on everyone's part. Am now reading The Lecturer's Tale which has so far just been kinda depressing. Here's hoping it picks up.
