Traffic's good, there's a plethora of theaters, and it's generally a fifteen-minute drive to the middle of nowhere. Jobs open up regularly in a variety of fields. The place I used to live had 1-bedroom apartments for $425/month and was within walking distance of three supermarkets (one of them organic), a mall, a Barnes & Noble, and a Borders.
