I think it's weird that she can't actually carry a book with her elemental masters without adding in the fairytale pattern, though I also think she may be doing it on purpose to keep her readers familar without the effort of establishing a big plot.

I'd say, yes, it does all have a happy ending, but it's not all light and fluffy. Still, they are pretty good books to read when you're a teenage girl. And dime store novel is right on the money.

Will keep The Fairy Godmother one in mind:)
