I am so Jewish. I went to the festival for my gluwein and didn't intend to buy anything else, and then I saw they had potato pancakes with applesauce and suddenly I was having that for dinner with leftover candied carrots that I'm devouring now.

Flatmates are really good garbage disposals. I leave out a plate full of left over sugar cookies and they keep eating them (and I keep refilling it). Huzzah!

I wish I'd kept more of the sugar cookies. They go brilliantly with hot chocolate. Alas! Already ate the few I snagged. ;)
