Fic and randomness
Chapter 3 of The Way is up on ff.net. I think the fic may have gained an extra chapter *sweatdrop*
You know, I can tell I haven't written anything recently, because while writing dialogue I have to go back and change things so it sounds like other people are talking. When I'm really in the 'groove' so to speak, I write dialogue in character a hell of a lot easier. Incidently, I was giggling madly the other day when I found a Naruto fic obviously written by someone with a Minnosota accent. It was hilarious to see everyone speaking that way, and the author obviously hadn't noticed how absolutely weird it looked.
I felt like I was in an anime the other day when my dad asked me if I could beat my brother in a fight. (The answer being, "Yes, but it's not worth the hospital bill.") I guess it gave my dad peace of mind to know *shrugs*
Introduced bro and dad to Scrubs last night. My brother adores it, and in fact, we had to pause it at one point because he was laughing too hard and needed to breathe. We're only on the first season too.
My bro cracked open the Applewood cheese I brought him back from Britain yesterday. I'm slightly worried by the way he artfully arranged it on a plate, held it on high and exclaimed, "It's as if God came to Earth in the form of cheese!" but he let me have a piece so I know he must retain some remenants of his former personality before it was taken over by the Applewood.

That was really nice. I loved the way Kakashi had to make himself communicate with some of the other students in this chapter.. can't wait for the next one. ^_^ *glomps*
