I'm still writing my essay. On the plus side, I can now tell you anything you ever wanted to know about Philip Augustus. On the other side, it's due monday, so no time to write and very little time for anything else.
Philip Augustus is such a Slytherin, and Richard the Lionheart is such a Gryffindor btw.

I took a break from essay writing to go see a display of Leonardo da Vinci's drawings before they left the city. I was most impressed by his anatomical drawings, though his grotesques are rather amusing (especially when you compare them to the patrons of the gallery who happen to be gazing at them). Will be getting in a bit more research now before I'm forced to deal with the anime showing tonight. I'm betting we'll have our lowest turnout ever.

Well, I was right. We did have our worst turn out ever, simply because we didn't have a turnout period. Our treasurer forgot to pick up the projector, and when he finally remembered the place had shut. So we had to cancel the whole showing, which means about 80 quid down the drain for us. Only good news is that if I can find the time I can have my own private showing of Metropolis.

My suspiciouns about the treasurer have been confirmed btw, and he's asking to resign. I'm going to support him so long as we can find someone else willing to fill the role. (He's annoyed that the post of treasurer actually requires some work in our club...not to mention he seems to be having a bit of a mental breakdown, though that may be due to exams.)

I have more time to research now, which I'm going to go take advantage of, if I can stop speculating about the sexual leanings of Philip Augustus and Richard I (the Lionhearted)...I'll be so glad to get back to writing after this week...
