Looking through the Kenshin section on ebay is highly depressing, since I won't/don't have the money to buy anything on there. *looks anyway* Sees models of OVA1 Kenshin and Saitou *whimpers*

Nearly woke my flatmate up chortling over the pairings in the doujinshis. I'm sure it's all very serious, but the idea of Saitou/Hiko is hilarious.

Am quite tempted to buy comedy doujinshi with Kenshin cross dressing during the Revolution as far as I can tell...*repeats to self* I cannot read Japanese. Would miss many of the jokes...and if you're going to buy something just for humour value than I don't think anything could be more amusing than saitou/hiko...

Essay: half way written.
Computer: Only crashed once.
Time: 4am.
Me: Strangely energized.

Essay written and submitted. Finished around 6:30am. I was quite pleased with it, which no doubt means the marker will hate it. Took two bloody hours of fiddling with various computers and printers to print the stupid thing, but is over, so now can make my way blearily through the day and pretend the tylenol is working for my tension headache. Was very good and went to library to pick up books for next essay and prep for arch. practical next friday. Had a little contest with a girl who was doing the same essay as me, seeing who could act more nonchalant while the other took the one book we needed for the essay. I won.

Realised how far my Kenshin obession has gone when I detoured to pick up The Collapse of the Tokugawa Bakufu 1862-1868. Should be a good read once my essays are done. I remember trying to find this book last year, but didn't have time to read it since my Japanese essay was on the Tokugawa era proper, not its collapse and I couldn't find the book anyway.

Will take a break to watch Kenshin later I think, as wondering about next dvd is quite distracting.
