Could not sleep last night, and when I did finally get to sleep (around 4:30am) I slept poorly, enough so that I woke up before my alarm which was already set for a horribly early hour to begin with. It's a sign of how slowly my mind was working that I was a half hour into the exam before I realized I'd only had 3 1/2 hours of sleep. Exam was horrible. Much like fridays only different topics to stare in dismay at. Was pleased with myself for managing to write Mongol essay (whose lectures I missed) on the basis of half remembered lectures from last year on the Yuan dynasty.
During the exam, I made a little creature out of my caramel waffer wrapper and promptly dubbed it Steven. Steven spent most of the exam gnawing on my essays since he was hungry. Hopefully, the markers won't mind the red smudges from where his paint rubbed off.
Todaysexperiment exam... failed? Complete. Woo hoo for being done for the year. Just need slightly more sleep to appreciate it. Mmm, nap...
Note to self: Stop flirting with guys whose accents you don't understand. Smiling and nodding only works for so long.
How I know it's summer: Got hit on three times on way to and from Tesco's. Ah, t-shirts...
