Nothing is Ever Easy

So, my computer has failed the final test. Windows won't reinstall properly, and I've tried nine bloody times so I should know by now. I think there might be something seriously wrong with the hard drive at this point if it's acting like this. I've told my mum to get them to send me a new computer according to the warranty. Ieyasu is well and truly dead. Perhaps it's bad luck to name computers after dead (though really, if anyone knows of any living ones, do tell) japanese war lords...

In other news, I'm still doing post ex. Shell midden is just so utterly fascinating <---sarcasm But I did manage to see my DOS today (who is new since my old one decided to go on sabatical...) who was very nice and confirmed me to all my courses with no trouble, which allows me to matriculate later this week. The rest of my day was spent helping out at the anime booth at the societies fair (god, do I miss anime. series night cannot come faster.) and trying to get Ieyasu working.

Here's hoping I can get through the start of term without a computer and that it comes fast. For all you waiting on fanfic, chances are I won't get to type any of it up while in the labs since I have more important things, like you know, uni, to do, so it's going to be even longer until the next update (luckily for all you, I do frequent back ups and don't think I've lost any fanfic... or if I have, it's only what I wrote on the plane to Scotland and can be replaced).
