(no subject)

More sorting through shell midden today, though ended up having a fascinating conversation about women in archaeology and about writing with the person I was working with so at least it passed the time.

Spending the rest of the day before anime searching for a dig to go on this easter. All the ones I've found are either too expensive or too damn annoying (belize?!?). Have even given up hope on diggin for the full four weeks, but would at least like to dig for two weeks, that way I only have to do two weeks at the end of june.

Surreal Dream Time with Ariana

I dreamt I was in a world that continued off the Gumi Bears season finale (which revealed they were all part of an ancient gumi civilization) where all these people I knew (including myself) were reincarnations of gumi bears and we were trying to escape earth by using this transporter thing to get to this ship so we could get away but I went back on a suicide mission with a few others and managed to get back to the ship with the transporter right before everyone else on the team was left behind. I ended up on the ship with a deep ear ache (like when you're on a plane) being told by our doctor that I was bloody lucky to be there, which I didn't appreciate since I was in pain.... I remember one guy had the voice of that fat gumi bear and that the people of earth really, really didn't want us to leave...

I love how abnormal my dreams are...
