I am currently cooking candied carrots and sugar cookies in preparation for Thankgiving (seeing as I am celebrating it tomorrow). Everything smells really good which is nice since I spent the entire afternoon in the National Library taking notes. Good news is I'm almost done with my zooarchaeology essay research, with the bad news being I have an exam in zooarch. tomorrow which I must devote the night to after I finish cooking.
As I was walking through the library yesterday, I saw an empty litre milk carton on one of the shelves deep in the recesses of the library. This makes me wonder if there's someone furtively living there, or perhaps one of the librarians is lactose intolerant but risks death anyway in order to get his/her fix! Or maybe a student just snuck it in.
