Yesterday evening I went to see House of Flying Daggers with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
lucyjin and dizziebeth. We had a good time with the beautiful cinematography, and I have to admit I liked the plot of this one better than Hero. After an... interesting ride home *grins at lucyjin, I had an urge to watch GTO live so I did, then went to sleep and slept like the dead.
I really hate having an internal alarm clock sometimes though. I purposely turned my real alarm clock off so I could sleep in and my body blithly woke me up four minutes before my usual wake up time of 10am. *sigh* The Prince of Tennis characters were in my dream, but I can't remember what they were doing other than talking a lot since I recall walking away from them just to get some peace and quiet.
Today will be spent alternating between watching things and doing work, since I have a lot of research to do for an essay that's approaching quickly and the dissertation will be better for waiting a week. Ja!
