Finished Les Mis. finally. Other than a residual urge to smack Marius upside the head, I feel pretty good about it. I think I'd kinda be devastated by this point if I hadn't known the plot before hand though. Thank god for the musical.

Dr. Who this evening was relatively good. It got off to a rough start but I really enjoyed some of the deeper conversations that were had. Next week's preview looked weird, then was very evil at the end. *pouts*

I watched Samurai Fiction. Such a fun, entertaining movie. It sort of reminded me of a live action Samurai Champloo actually. The fights were set to modern day guitar riffs, and the soundtrack was all modern. There were silly jokes and anchronisms (mostly in speach), even a nosebleed! The plot alternated between being occasionally serious and just plain silly and fun. Oh, and there were ninjas. What more could you want? *L* As usual, the back of the dvd had very little to do with the actual story. Why do people seem to find it impossible to sum up any of the plots of my Japanese import dvds?
