It's very hard not to react when one of your student's tells another student to "Stop it, you silly monkey". On the amusing side, that class was very impressed with how many Naruto keychains I have *L* I'm sure all the ten year olds appreciate that I watch the same anime as them;)

I found a nearby park to walk in finally. It's not as pretty as some of the others around here but I can make a nice circuit of it in a half hour and it's only about three minutes drive away so it'll have to do until I can find somewhere to train (the gym is too expensive here).

Incidently, I bought a very cheap t-shirt the other day and it says "Palida mors aequo pulsat pede pauperum tabernas reguinque turris" on it. Anyone got an idea what that means/can translate that for me? I assume the grammar is as messed up as the English shirts I find here.

I'm going to have tried every single type of "travelling gift" food in existence by the time I leave here. It's scary how many little foods you're given. The women from the class that I don't even teach on Tuesday nights have taken to giving me their onsen souvenirs cause they know I like anko. It being Golden Week, there were many to go around.
