He is pretty serious, isn't he? Part of me wants to write him from someone else's pov to show just how seriously odd he really is, but I suppose that would be overkill.
Kuma-sensei is hot! *L* Dirty-blond, shoulder length hair done up in hundreds of thin braids, an attractive face, sharp green eyes, and a deep caring for his students beneath his calm facade. Of course, that didn't all make it into the text and Kakashi spends most of the fic glaring at the man, so there can only be hints of the bishounnen that is Kuma-sensei;)
I just finished the next chapter actually. If I can get my internet to keep working, I'll have it up within the hour.
