I am sitting here, sipping a brandy and ginger ale, having just finished my first chocolate covered, cream filled bread of Japan, and I'm left wondering what the point of filling normal bread with cream and covering it in chocolate is. It honestly doesn't make it taste any better. On the plus side, it was discounted 20% cause I bought it in the last ten minutes of the store being open (or something) so at least it didn't cost much.

I looked up the kanji for half price the other day, and it served me well today. I ended up with two tuna maki sushi rolls for lunch and three dango (anko flavour) for under two dollars. The dango were about 45 cents since they had just put them on half price. The Jew in me is jumping up and down in excitement, honest *L*
