It's kind of interesting that of everyone in the city, it's actually Iroh and Zuko who have the most freedom atm. All the rest of them are being watched, so much so that that little story about Aang releasing all those animals kinda seemed out of place.
This Prince Iroh (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2915248/1/) fic is pretty good. And I've already recced a few on ficrecs with plans to rec more as I find them.
