It's 'o-hisashiburi', or just 'hisashiburi', but very likely 'cos he's a dude he's slurring all the syllables together so it comes out ''shashiburi'. Ah, Japanese dude-speak, incomprehensible as always. Ojisans are way worse though. They think being old gives them license to make up their own words.
