Expect Me When You See Me

As far as the number of girl scout troops, that depends on how many schools are in your town/neighboring communities who participate in the parade. For me, we had five elementary schools. Each elementary school was K-5 and each grade had their own troop, so 6x5=30 troops just in elementary school and then some troops merge with the other troops in middle school, some die out entirely, but yeah, that's why there may be so many.
