Gundam Seed: The hime on this show needs to die, along with her little pink ball of a pet...
Hellsing: I have a new appreciation for Hellsing after reading Dracula.
Naruto: Crabby little ninja/neko-youkai kid...it works...not to mention I'm addicted to the absolutely horrible ending theme...
Wolf's Rain: First werewolf anime I've ever seen and it looks great so far. It makes me want to write Lupin fics, which is certainly a first...
Ranma 1/2: I had forgotten just how funny this show was.
Excel Saga: Ilpalazo rules!
Rurouni Kenshin: I would marry Kenshin if he asked...
Slayers: Ah, the classics...we cannot get through the first episodes without a HP joke about the Philosopher's Stone

Also, one of my friends ever so kindly lent me I, My, Me Strawberry Eggs dvd 2. Cross-dressing teachers rule...

I just watched this show called Witchcraze. It was set in the time of James V (1590) and worked on the premise that a film crew had traveled back in time and somehow filmed the growing witch hysteria as a BBC documentary. The premise made it absoultey hilarious, though eventually you do catch the seriousness of the program. Despite a few historical inaccuracies, it was a good look at the times...I'd recommend it for anyone writing a fic in that time period.

In other news, Intersections in Real Time is finally up on schnoogle. And I got the funniest review already, telling me - I sense more coming that's dastardly evil to your readers...I love that in a writer.. And here I thought I was keeping my sadistic streak well hidden...
