I did my good deed for the week and posted the eighth chapter of Altered States. I don't know why people are still reading this story though...[livejournal.com profile] havenward and I have been writing it for over three years for goodness sake...Granted we're probably the only ones to ever write a Star Wars/Shallow Grave/Highlander crossover but there's really nothing spectacular about the story. Havenward and I both want to drop writing it, since neither of us are interested in Star Wars anymore, but I still get occasional pleading emails asking us to update and I hate authors who abandon stories...

In other news, saw The Princess Bride again on big screen at a filmsoc showing. I had a craving to see it on the screen, despite owning it on dvd, and I'm glad I did. It was so much fun to watch it in a theatre of people who are laughing with you. I'll stop now before I start babbling random Princess Bride quotes.

One last thought: Prince Humperdink's tracking skills are startlingly like Aragorn's in Two Towers...
