Computer still not fixed. The instructions they gave me only worked up to a point, and now the comp is so screwed it's demanding an admin password which I don't have and I'm not supposed to have according to their site... Think I'll have to reinstall windows at this rate. I have everything almost completely backed up, the computer was only a month old anyway, but geez...

Spent the entire morning and a little of the afternoon sorting through shell midden for post ex. And I'll be doing that the entire week, and every tuesday for the next five weeks, on top of my honours courses... I really wish someone would give me a break.

I meant to get Uric written and typed up as soon as I got back, but obviously it's not happening, so sorry to anyone who's waiting.

Did I ever mention that one of the coolest things about seeing Venice, besides the Doge's palace, was that they had two of Bosch's paintings (they focused on what is, in my opinion, his best topic - hell) on display which I was free to examine in all their gory and surrealistic detail? I can't find a copy of the paintings I saw online, but here's a link to a rather typical example of his painting and style. I mean, there's a fish wearing a saddle, and a duck with a man trapped inside. Can you see why I love him?
