My day, Star Wars, random things

I accomplished many things today, like finally sending off my registration for the JLPT. It was kinda long day since I had class at 10am, and didn't finish until 9:30pm, though there were breaks in there. The singing lady seems to have gotten into the habit of providing me with lunch, and even more extra food (this time it was chesnuts and grapes - and how scary was it for me to realize it had been six months since I even ate grapes?) which I can't say I mind *L* Have promised to make us inari next week though since I get nervous when people feed me too much for free. The kids in Mine a few hours later were really lethargic and lacking their typical energy. I also now have yet another pen from Tokyo Disneyworld - this one Toy Story. T. Disney really ought to see about some other type of souvenier, though I suspect that the towel that was thrown at me last week was also from there.

I had to head straight from there to my next class which is this company class I'm only going to have for the next month (or until whenever the new teacher arrives). They were fun to chat with, though it's always a bit weird to start a new class after living here for so long. It was nice to meet new people I guess, though it made me feel really old when one of them told me he'd attended the kindergarten I teach at *L* Also, I've lived in Japan for six months. When did that happen? In my last class, we had so much fun chatting, we ran 15 minutes over. Oops.

Currently have stumbled on many random things that I thought I'd share.

A New Sith - Reconsidering Star Wars IV in the light of I-III. A rather chilling, but pretty accurate re-look at the older movies in the light of the later ones. Otherwise known as, your canon is pretty creepy when you start thinking logically, George:P

Simply Potterific - HP fancomics. Some are funny. Some are not.

At some point in the past few weeks, I passed the 400 rec mark at ficrecs. Go pathetically addicted to fanfic me!
