Japanese, anime, work

If you'd like to know about last night's anime, I'm just going to link here since she said it all, including my opinions on everything. Only thing I'll add, is that if we could get all the H/D shippers to watch Kyou Kara Maou, they might never go back to HP (I swear that it's the plot of every H/D out there, complete with young, black haired boy ending up in magical world where he can do magic, encountering snobby, arogant, blond haired aristocrat who he happens to accidently propose to. Yep.) Very silly show.

Went to Japanese tonight. We're starting in on katakana. I feel it's unfair to have us translating things into English only to discover you're actually translating things from Japanese to French. You have no idea how long I stared at 'satou' until I realized it meant 'chateau'.

Have a dissertation meeting tomorrow, then will be seeing ashfae and addicting her to FMA along with planning our trip to London (or, as it's written in katakana, 'rondon').
