To anybody who I promised to do things with tomorrow,

Despite the fact that I'm feeling better today than I did these past few days, I'm still very far away from being well. There is no way I can manage a shopping trip to Glasgow, then a ceilidh in the evening (much as I would like to). So, please disregard me from any of your plans, and my apologies.
