I think I'm rather worried that other people my age and gender were scoring so poorly.

Have been watching Eyeshield21. I'm slightly disconcerted by Hiruma's seiyuu, if only because I expected his voice to be deeper. Apparently, his voice is done by a famous actor/comedian whose never acted as a seiyuu before. I guess they don't mind that he steals the show just like Hiruma steals the manga. Everybody's complaining that Hiruma doesn't curse enough (they replaced fuck with kuso mostly) but it's what I expected for the anime. I do think they should have left the curses in the english manga translation though. Anyway, good art and colour for this one, and I'm loving seeing some things animated, even if they skipped over a few of my favourite scenes in the manga already.

We started watching Naruto again from the beginning last night. I haven't watched it in nearly two years now, so I'd completely forgotten most of the details. Having recently watched Bleach, I was completely distracted by the fact that Sasuke has the same seiyuu as Ishida. Oddly, I think the anime takes a bit more time to develop the characters. It also makes a lot more sense this time around having 250+ chapters of manga/backstory to explain things. Kakashi's motivations for instance, which annoy a lot of people around a decision of his to train someone right before the final part of the chunnin exams... It makes a lot of sense if you can remember a random comment of his from episode 3, and all of kakashi gaiden *sweatdrop*

There is definately something wrong with the exposition in this series - it doesn't do what most narrative's do and emphasize the important imformation you need to remember from everyone's miscellaneous conversations. I'd blink and discover I kept missing all the important bits. I remember this the first time I watched the series, but considering I know all this stuff now, you'd think it'd be less confusing, yet I had the impression the same thing was happening. Though of course, the only thing that's really memorable in the first part of the series is Kakashi's first test and that Iruka is a nice guy (and also a really popular seiyuu who I recognize from far too many places...) and they do tell you a lot of this stuff again, but yeah... Will look forward to watching more tonight after Bujinkan.

I'm beginning to wonder if something's wrong in the coding, because every result I've seen has 99% for both, regardless of the age of who took it or what they scored.

A friend scored 55% on Scientific and is told she scored higher than 0% of the population in her age range; she's the same age as me. I've seen a couple other bizarre results too. Something is definitely skewed in that programming, it's all weighed towards the center and you either get all, half, or nothing, just within a 5% range.
