I've been craving Maltesers for a week or two now, and I was trying to decide what to do about it, when I found them being sold in the import section of the Super stop and shop near by house. Weird, but tasty;)

[livejournal.com profile] lucyjin, your birthday present for me finally arrived:) I have been having much fun listening to it *hugs*

Spent the weekend lounging about watching Scrubs and House. Now have weird visions of Dr. Cox and Dr. House meeting.

I finished reading Thud! too. The first part of the book actually just felt like Pratchett was going through the motions, but it picked up near the end and was very satisfying.

*nods* I had the same feeling. Like he was writing a copy of himself for the first part.

Usually it takes me a short time to read one of his books, but since nothing was happening in the first part (hell, the only things interesting were the changes that time had wrought and A. E. Pessimal) it took me a few days. Yet, I hit the second part and I read it all in two hours yesterday.

Re: Mm, Maltsers. :p

It is spelled Maltesers on the package...

If you think that's bad, the plushies I ordered at the end of July still haven't arrived. *sigh*
