I seem to have inadvertently lost a lot of weight this week. I checked the scale after exercising today and found out I'd lost four pounds, which is about double what I normally lose. No wonder my jeans have started sliding off my hips again. I'm not sure what did it. I suspect the stress ate up a lot of calories, but I was also exercising 10 minutes everyday at home. Eating wise, I had an apple, yogurt, granola bar, cherry tomatoes, bread and soup or pasta/rice, and water to drink every day, plus hot chocolate or ice cream every other day or so. In short, it really wasn't that different than my usual diet other than the lacking of meat (there was chicken in the soup) and I had slightly less sugar than usual. Of course, the scale could just be horribly calebrated *g*

I've had to send off a plaintive request to my father for more recordable dvds. All this Doctor Who is eating them up *L*

I read the first manga vol. of By the Sword last night. It reminds me of a happy and more entertaining version of Samurai Deeper Kyo. Good stuff:)
